HOW ARE WE DOING

To place an order read about a few steps and tips:

1. Register or log in.
2. Complete your details.
3. Choose items, that interest you.
4. Add to cart.
5. Check the option to return without cleaning (if you don’t want to worry about cleaning).
6. Make a reservation.
7. Choose the option of personal pick up or courier delivery.
8. Make a payment with the returnable deposit. The latest option to place an order is 14 days before the planned ceremony.

What do we do next?

1. In the case of personal pick up: you can pick up the ordered items 2 days before ceremony. In the case of a courier service: we ship the ordered items at the beginning of the same week when the party is scheduled to arrive. If the ceremony takes place on Friday, you will receive the goods on Wednesday, if on Saturday, the goods will be delivered to you on Thursday.
2. After the ceremony in the first working day, on Monday cleaned or not, you send back elements or return them personally to the given address of the rental warehouse, if you want to return them later, please contact us by phone, but goods must return us by Wednesday the next week after celebrations.
3. After checking the returned products by us, we return the deposit.
4. However, in the case of damaged elements or not cleaning them, if the option to return without cleaning is not selected, we take the amount from the deposit for the cost of repair, replacement or cleaning, we return the rest of the deposit to the account or in person, for transfer.

ATTENTION: ORDERS WILL COMPLETE THESE, WHICH HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED AT LEAST 14 DAYS BY THE PLANNED CELEBRATION.
