Our decorative elements are used in our comprehensive arrangements, but are not damaged, tarnished or battered. If tests appear on them, we repair them on an ongoing basis or replace them with new ones. We do not ship damaged, unsightly items. In the end, they have one to decorate your celebration, not to disfigure it.

In the case of rental companies, we don’t accept orders outside of Poland.

ORDER COMPLETION TIME

We send each of decorative element you reserve a few days before the planned party. We try to send reserved items by at the beginning of week, thanks to this we reducing the risk of not arriving on time. The courier company is informed by what date the shipment must be delivered at the latest. Until now, we have never had a situation where the courier didn’t deliver ordered decorations on time. If the courier doesn’t find the recipient on the day of reception of the parcel, he takes it to the collection point. However, you have the option of tracking shipment by consignment note number. Please provide the address, where you will be present. Consignment note number you receive on your e-mail with upon sending the courier parcel. In addiction, the courier receives your phone number, that you provide during booking.
