Best as soon as possible! We use our accessories for complex arrangements, that are approved in the form of contracts for 1, 2 or 3 years before. We have a large assortment, but we can’t guarantee the availability of everything 2 or 3 months before your celebration. So it’s best, if you book them as early as possible so that we can put these selected items away.

Yes of course! We know from experience, that the number of invited guests closer to the ceremony changes from the original number. In this case, please notify us with the change. You can update ordered items 14 days before the planned shipment or personal collection.

We always try to safety pack our products, in stiff cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, polystyrene, stretch foil, cardboard dividers. However, if it turns out that you received a package with damaged elements, it’s on the carrier’s side. You should prepare complaint protocol with the courier on the basis of visible damage. All packages are insured with the value. Please also contact us directly in order to send the second package as soon as possible.

In the case of decoration damage during return transport, we have to find out, who is guilty. If it’s the fault of the courier, we submitt a complaint to the courier company, if it’s the fault of the purchaser, we take from the deposit. Therefore, it’s very important to pack the ordered items properly. Please keep all packaging and secure properly on your way back.

Such situations with damaged or missing elements happen sporadically. However, in the case costs for repairment or replacement we take from the deposit. Avoid this, remember:

  • pack the goods safely, preferably in what was previously packed
  • take care of the borrowed items while unpacking, transporting, unfolding, and inform those, who will help us in preparing the ceremony
  • it’s best to inform the person responsible for organizing your party about the borrowed products, which must be completely returned later
  • ask for Witnesses to keep this in minds

Each product you have the possibility to return without cleaning by selecting this option. The cost of cleaning is included in the borrowed element. However, if you didn’t select this option during ordering and you don’t manage to clean products, don’t worry. In this case the cost of cleaning we take from the deposit according to the price list. However, during giving back you should remember, that for example napkins, table runners, fabrics, chairs, vases, structures were dry and free of food scraps.

Yes of course. If it a large delivery, we send our transport directly, if a small package is taken by a courier company with which we cooperate. In both cases, please about:

  • packing the parcel in the same way as it arrived to you, using appropriate safeguards
  • giving specific day and an hourly interval (minimum 2 hours)
  • giving supplement for return transport

Yes, but we have to agree it in advance, before signing the contract. What will be the price for the extension of renting, we determine individually.

Yes, but this service is already included in the comprehensive arrangement service, not just rental. However, we recommend to give back in professional and experienced company hands. Our services include service of the entire decorative frame, including transport, assembly, disassembly. There is a lot of work and organization with all of this, so it’s best not to bother with it before or on the day of the party and trust us.
